Welcome to List Labs’ Website Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy outlines the data processing and privacy practices of List Biological Laboratories, Inc.

This Privacy Policy outlines List Lab’s practices regarding the collection and use of individually identifiable information (“Personal Data”) that List Labs collects about you on or via www.listlabs.com. No Ad Servers

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies and no third-party banner ads will appear on our website.

6. Security

We maintain physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized or inappropriate access. Our servers hosting your Personal Data are located in California, USA.

7. Children

List Biological Laboratories, Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.
