Orders are processed and shipped the same day when received by noon, Pacific Standard Time. There are a few exceptions to this. Dangerous goods shipments may take 24 hours to process. Liquid and frozen items are shipped on Monday-Wednesday via overnight delivery service.
Every new customer must complete a New Customer Application to set up an account. You will receive confirmation of your account, typically in 1-3 days. The application must be completed before placing your first order. You may order at the same time for convenience, but the order will be held until the New Customer Application is approved. This is a one-time process and will not affect timing of future orders.
VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards are accepted. Wire transfer or ACH are available. Please contact us for banking details. Payment terms will be extended to approved accounts.
List Labs ships via Federal Express. Some exceptions may apply. There are three types of service, listed in order of most expensive to least expensive:
Priority Overnight: Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most locations
Standard Overnight: Next afternoon delivery to most locations
Economy Service: Two day delivery, in the afternoon of the second day
*Cold products are shipped Monday-Wednesday, overnight by Priority or Standard Overnight. A special packaging fee applies. See below.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns.
A few items ship as Dangerous Goods. These items include Botulinum Toxins (not toxoids) and Staphyloccal Toxins. A $50.00 fee is added to these shipments.
Items shipping on blue ice or dry ice have a $35.00 fee that is added to each shipment.
We now offer volume discounts beginning with a purchase of 10 vials or $2,500.00. Listed below is the discount schedule. Discounts do not apply to 3rd party orders.
The end-user of our product #190A or #190B must fill out and sign a Supplemental Agreement form and submit it by fax or email:
Step 1. Fill out the Letter of Assurance.
Step 2. Submit a purchase order on company letterhead or an official purchase order. Once approved you will be notified and your order will be processed.
Please Note: Large purchase of Select Agents require permission from the Centers for Disease Control. In this situation a Form 2 is required. Entities that are registered with the Select Agent and Toxins program are familiar with this requirement. See details below.

List Labs is registered for the Select Agent Program by the Centers for Disease Control. Botulinum neurotoxins and Enterotoxin type B from S. aureus transfers are controlled by the guidelines set forth by the CDC. A hard copy of a purchase order is required and a Letter of Assurance. Some quantities require A Form 2 approval by the CDC.
