List Labs has been producing high quality bacterial toxins for research since 1978. We have toxins available from over 26 different bacterial species. Toxins include C. difficile A and B, cholera, pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, and shiga like toxins. We produce various subtypes of botulinum toxin as well as recombinant light chains from all serotypes of botulinum toxin.
In addition, we produce all three components of anthrax toxin (PA, LF, and EF) recombinantly and individually in dedicated hosts.
In support of continued research involving botulinum toxins, List has developed several substrates for the endoprotease activity of these toxins. The substrates, FRET peptides named SNAPtide®, VAMPtide®, SNAP Etide®, and SYNTAXtideTM are used for toxin detection, activity assessment, inhibitor screening, and for basic research into the mechanism of toxin activity.
List also provides several types of lipopolysaccharides (LPS), toxin antibodies, and toxoids. Check our catalog for a complete list of products.
List enjoys receiving customers’ ideas for new products. We routinely support contract manufacturing requests for various bacterial reagents, highly characterized reagents, and cGMP compliant material for early phase clinical trials. |
